IYO’S Luxury Mobile Detailing

At IYO’S Luxury Mobile Detailing, we are committed to offering professional automotive cleaning and restoration services at home, with high standards of quality, environmental responsibility, and personalized attention.
By booking any of our services, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. General Terms of Service

Services will be performed on the previously agreed-upon date, time, and location, and are subject to availability and weather conditions.
The client must provide truthful and complete information when scheduling their appointment. Any changes must be communicated with due notice.

  1. Initial Deposit

To confirm the appointment, a $20 deposit is required, which will be deducted from the total amount of the service upon completion.

If the client does not show up at the agreed-upon location or is unavailable at the time of the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited in full.

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours of the service, the deposit will be non-refundable.

  1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
If the client cancels or reschedules within this timeframe, the initial $20 deposit will be forfeited.
IYO’S Luxury Mobile Detailing reserves the right to reschedule services due to extreme weather conditions or logistical reasons, providing the client with as much advance notice as possible.

  1. Weather Conditions Policy

Since our services are performed outdoors, weather conditions may affect scheduling.

In the event of rain, snow, thunderstorms, or extreme temperatures, the service may be rescheduled without penalty.

If conditions are mild (such as light drizzle or moderate cold) and the client’s space allows for indoor or sheltered work, the service may be performed as scheduled.

If the client decides to cancel the service due to mild conditions without just cause, the deposit will be non-refundable.

The safety of the equipment and the quality of the result will always be the priority when deciding whether to perform or reschedule the service.

  1. Refund Policy

Payments made are non-refundable once the service has begun.
In exceptional situations (such as booking errors or cancellations by the company), a credit or partial refund will be considered.

  1. Customer Satisfaction Policy

Our customer satisfaction is our priority.
If the customer is not satisfied with the result, they must notify us within 24 hours of the completion of the service so we can review the case and, if necessary, make the appropriate adjustments.
No claims will be accepted after 24 hours have passed.

  1. Belongings and Damage Policy

Before the start of the service, the customer must remove personal belongings, documents, or valuables from the vehicle.
IYO’S Luxury Mobile Detailing is not responsible for the loss or damage of items left inside the vehicle, nor for mechanical, electrical, or electronic failures unrelated to the service performed.

  1. 📍 Service Location

To ensure efficient service and comply with Maryland environmental regulations, the customer must have a designated and authorized space for the service.
The area must allow for vehicle washing without wastewater entering storm drains or causing environmental pollution.
Services may only be performed in private or public locations where permitted, such as residences, approved parking lots, or areas with adequate drainage.

The customer must confirm the location prior to the arrival of the IYO’S Detailing team.
If a suitable location is not available, the service must be rescheduled or a travel fee will apply.

  1. Vehicle and Service Location Conditions

The customer must ensure a safe and suitable space for the service, with sufficient and unobstructed access to the vehicle.
If the vehicle shows excessive dirt, pet hair, mold, or strong odors, additional charges may apply.

  1. Privacy and Customer Data

Customer personal information (name, address, phone number, etc.) will be used solely for purposes related to the provision of the service.
IYO’S Luxury Mobile Detailing guarantees the confidentiality and protection of data and will not share information with third parties without the customer’s prior consent.
